This expressive Champagne is crafted from a dominant 80% Pinot Meunier complemented by 20% Pinot Noir, creating a cuvée that highlights fruit, generosity, and balance. Aged 24 to 36 months on the lees and finished with a dosage of 7 g/l, it offers both immediate charm and refined complexity.
In the glass, it displays an intense yellow colour with a luminous golden sheen. The nose is delicately floral, unfolding into complex fruity aromas. A refreshing mineral touch brings elegance and distinction, while notes of ripe fruit reveal the wine’s beautiful maturity.
