We aim to ship your order within two business days. Please note: this is our best effort and cannot be guaranteed. You will be kept informed of the status of your order at all times.

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We work solely with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your champagne and sparkling wines arrive safely and on time.

Question What are the delivery times for my order?
Answer

Our orders are generally deliverd within two to four business days for The Netherlands. While we try our best to ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will notify you immediately of any delays by email or by phone. Please contact us for the current delivery time for international shipping.

Question What are the delivery costs?
Answer
  • Within the Netherlands: €6,99 for door-to-door shipping.

  • Free shipping: On orders of €150 or more within the Netherlands.

  • Personal delivery: Available on request.

  • International shipping: Available on request; costs depend on destination.

Question What is your return policy?
Answer

In accordance with EU legislation, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. Due to the nature of our products (alcoholic beverages), certain exceptions may apply if the seal has been broken or the product has been used, as these cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please always contact us first by email to start the return process. We will provide clear instructions for returning your order.

You are responsible for carefully packaging the product when returning it, to prevent damage during transport. Return costs may be at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to your account, including any shipping costs paid. This will be done within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.
